My Other Blogs

This isn’t just one blog, but an entire site of 6 blogs-each with it’s own personality. I hope you visit them all, and become a regular visitor. If you are a member of Disqus, you can easily comment in any of them without registration or hesitation.

Do you know this site is about 6 years old? It started as an astrology site, went to a political site, then I started to get interested in green issues. So instead of having five sites, I decided to have just one. Why Aquariusmoon? Well, I have an Aquarius moon (ask me about my chart), and like the sign, I like humanity as a whole.

This site is really a hodgepodge of different interests-political, spiritual, personal. Like an online diary but with pages. Hopefully what I do here will entertain some, inform some, and provide a relaxing atmosphere.

Town Square@Aquariusmoon
The Town Square is an astrological blog that looks at the world through the lens of Astrology. My blog covers politics and so much more, no celebrity gossip. I also like to pride myself on providing basic instructional information on Astrology as well. Too many blogs go right to the jargon without providing a key to understanding it. At my blog I’m going to provide a way to read all of the jargon and some fun astrological trivia as well

White House@Aquariusmoon
The White House at Aquariusmoon, a little bit of Obama 2012. a little bit of voter registration, and a lot of making your own  media. A lot of my own opinions on politics.

DrugPeace@Aquariusmoon

Drug policy should be based on science, not on outdated fears.  It’s a medical issue, not a crusade, and people should be free to make their own choices.

PublicDomain@Aquariusmoon

Thanks to the Open Source movement and  Creative Commons movement there is a lot of freely available graphics, music, and software that a blogger of modest means can use.  (Not all of my material is copyright-free-my astrological glyphs and symbols are used by permission of someone else and may not be copied)

The Regreening of America
Subjects include alternative energy, urban farming, recycling, high speed rail and so much more. i remember the first Earth Day and the excitement surrounding that, the beginnings of the Superfund, and the first gas lines that brought it home to America that it need to conserve. As for me, I am trying to be more green: I recycle paper and try to buy used instead of new. But my best contribution may well be to spread the word as much as I can.

The last, and latest blog: The Blog To Rule Them All

Towards the end of this project I realized that this site, and these blogs, needed a portal-a place anyone can come to first and look around. This blog is as eclectic as the site itself. Sometimes I will post a post to both here and to another blog, sometimes I’ll do Morning Coffee, trivia, or headlines. There’s no consistent theme here, so just enjoy the ride.
