Why is this site called Aquariusmoon's Bistro? The site's name comes from my fond memories of sitting around tables sipping coffee on cold Saturday mornings, talking astrology with other amateur students. We taught ourselves and each other between cups of coffee in the backs of fast food restaurants, where our sometimes boistros conversation got us in trouble with the owners, in the back of a bookstore (where we started, in an apartment basement (a couple of weeks), and in our final destination (a community center room), where we spent the last few years. I wasn't there at the final of the meetings-at that time I was working nights, and we were meeting Tuesday night, and trying to get to work and attend meetings was now impossible.

But we were onto something. Instead of trying to rent halls all the time, and trying to recreate the formal classroom setting other astrological groups were trying to do, we simply got together around a table and shared books. We didn't stick to a single topic, but covered just about everything we wanted to cover, from people's personal lives to the astrological influences over the weather. So it is with this site. I cover whatever interests me, not just one particular facet of astrology. You will find plenty of eclectic stuff from, birthdates of the Presidents to my occasional musings on weather, pets, and holidays.
