 | The White House in Winter! We susually don't think of the White House as having seasons, it does. Winter snow, Summer heat, Spring Flowers. Now that the White House is more enclosed, like a park, perhaps there are more birds that sing in the branches, more owls that hoot, everything. The closure of the street before the White House was a security measure, but I wonder if it didn't add more of a serene quiet to the place now that the traffic is further away... |
